According to a rough estimate quality seeds may improve the yield by 18-20% and play the role of central hub of productivity cycle. Realising the importance of seeds as the fundamental input for sustained increase in agriculture produce and unavailability of quality seeds to the farmers being one of the main cause of poor productivity despite their all out efforts, HPM has accepted the challenge to supply quality seeds to the farmers.
