Leveraging HPM's key strength in technology management a compelling business plan has been developed towards manufacturing of fine crop protection chemicals. The company has two state-of-the art manufacturing facilities at Khushkhera, Rajasthan and Samba, Jammu . Both units are equipped with world class technology equipment and are outfitted with in-house R&D laboratories. Our laboratories have high precision instruments manned by highly qualified, skilled and experienced executives.

Present per day capacity of both plants is around 100KL of EC, 80 MT of Granules and 80 MT of Dust. More than 100 different formulations are being produced at each of our units with strict quality control and taking utmost care of the enveronmental through ensuring measurement & monitoring of environmental performance at defined frequency supported by a strong environment management system. Additional plant with 100 MT daily capacity for Sulphur Dust has been recently commissioned at Khushkhera.

HPM is also setting up a new plant for production of low toxicant active ingredients which is planned to take shape & start operations soon.

In pursuit of its policy to ensure consistent customer satisfaction, HPM has established and implemented a quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2000 standards of process quality & both the units including corporate office & regional offices certified by TUV India Pvt, a member of TUV NORD, Germany.

Further as an extension of its pursuit of business excellence, HPM has embarked on establishing Environment Management System as per ISO 14001: 2004 standards of environmental performance. Both manufacturing facilities are again certified by TUV. HPM is ambitious to establish Ocupational Health & Safety standards through implementing system based on OHSAS 18001: 1999 standards to ensure risk control through well designed safety management practices.

Marketing

HPM has got wide marketing organization covering length and breadth of entire country and being serviced by seventeen depots in fifteen states. The country is divided into four Agro Ecologically uniform zones headed by the zonal managers and General Mangers Sales and Marketing. Under each zonal managers there are regional manager in each region and area managers, sales executives, sales officers, sales trainees and Sukhiya promoters.

HPM has acquired deep understanding of the rural markets and earned the trust and confidence of the farming community. This relationship help In the growth of HPM and today the company is represented over the entire country by 4,000 distributors and sub-distributors. HPM has well organized Logistics department which works round the clock for the proper delivery of the products. Primary motto of this department is to deliver right product at right place in right time. HPM has planned for additional site close to major markets which will help in quick and timely availability.

Information Technology

HPM's network of production units, branches distribution chain and the marketing staff all over the country are connected by ERP system, which provides, cost efficiency quicker information and faster decision making in dynamic agriculture scenario. HPM is on way to adopt SAP Technologies in the ERP system which will help in standardizing process and efficient resource management.

International Business

HPM has taken way forward initiatives in marketing some of acquired and own brands in the neighboring countries.
