Chairman

Mr. Ashok Kumar Aggarwal is the Chairman of the HPM group of companies. He began his career in his family business in 1974, trading in agricultural inputs. In 2002, he took over as Managing director of HPM. In short span of time, he spread the network of HPM to all over India with a huge jump of 300% increase in sales.

During his leadership as a Managing Director, HPM has established one state of art formulation manufacturing unit at Samba, J & K and one state of art technical plant at Khuskhera, Rajasthan, with a production capacity of 1000 MTA of active ingredient which is a hallmark of international technological collaboration with zero discharge.

He has received many awards and accolades for outstanding work in agriculture including the prestigious 'Bharatiya Udyog Ratna' award from Indian Economic Development & Research Association in 2005 towards his Significant Contribution to Agriculture. He is elevated as Chairman with effect from 1st April 2011.

Nikhil Aggarwal
Managing Director

Mr. Nikhil Aggarwal joined the Company as Director Marketing in the year 2001. After Successful completion of his graduation in Chemistry (Hons) from Delhi University, he did his MBA from Lubin School of Business, Pace University, New York (USA). He rejuvenates his intellectual and management skill by attending various programs in reputed institutes from time to time.

Mr. Nikhil Aggarwal has been instrumental in bringing about technological and managerial excellence in the company's operation. Under his leadership, SAP, currently the backbone of the HPM's information system has been implemented in all of HPM's branches, factories and offices which records each financial transaction in real-time basis. The SMS server flashes the accounts details of its stake holders to their respective registered mobile instruments each time a transaction made against their respective accounts.

Mr. Nikhil Aggarwal is elevated to the post of Managing Director on 01 April 2011.
