SAP HANA

HPM is geared up to implement SAP HANA in coming time. The implementation process of SAP HANA is already started. To understand SAP HANA better - SAP HANA (high-performance analytic appliance) is an application that uses in-memory database technology that allows the processing of massive amounts of real-time data in a short time. The in-memory computing engine allows HANA to process data stored in RAM as opposed to reading it from a disk. SAP HANA implementation shall provide benefits such as Better Database Services, Analytical Processing, Can be used for App Development, Better Administration and added security.
With incorporation of SAP HANA in our core IT Infrastructure, we have moved a step further to our commitment for better Productivity and use of best IT Infrastructure at HPM.

  We have implemented complete 6 phases of SAP ERP and moving on to SAP HANA shortly

  • Discovery and Planning
  • It completes the entire sales process to the end of Post Sale, all the current issues & potential solutions have been identified & have been implemented.
  • Design
  • We have setup new enterprise-wide system look. In the ERP Design phase, the project team and implementation team have worked out the various configurations for the new system, defining roles, and documenting standard procedures.
  • Development
  • This includes activities such as completing any necessary customizations, developing user trainings, and importing data.
  • Testing
  • We have constantly fine tuned the entire development team & while testing regular training have been provided to the entire team so that project team members will be comfortable doing their jobs in the new system.
  • Deployment
  • Prior to going live, the final data have been loaded and validated. The project team has trained other employees who will then start working in the new system, and completely stop using the old one
  • Ongoing Support
  • Over time, as the way the users work within the system evolves, adjustments and changes to the system configuration may be needed & for that 24x7 support team has been assigned towards support of all verticals.?

SMS Server

We have implemented an SMS server that sends messages of account details to the respective stakeholder’s registered mobile devices. Moreover, to ensure seamless connectivity, the updated Network facilities control the complete system and support operations 24 X 7.

Maintenance

Continuous real time support is provided for Hardware, Network Administration, Software Services and System Administration. The support network caters to Corporate Offices, Regional Offices, Production Plants Sales Offices and Warehouses.

Up-scaling

Our IT infrastructure capabilities are reviewed and up-scaled on a constant basis to ensure that they meet the changing and evolving requirements of our operational processes. Mandatory IT assessment schedules are followed to ensure that the IT infrastructure is always up-to date and meets the organizations requirements.
