DESCRIPTION
Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl 7.77% w/w + Metribuzin 13.6% w/w EC is a post emergence herbicide recommended for the control of grassy and broad leafed weeds in Wheat.
Mode of action
Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl:-is a selective herbicide with contact and systemic action absorbed principally by the leaves, with translocation both acropetally and basipetally to the roots or rhizomes.
Metribuzin: - is a selective systemic herbicide absorbed predominantly by the roots, but also by the leaves with translocation acropetally in the xylem.
Applications
It is used to control Little seed canary grass, Phalaris minor, Lambs quarter Chenopodium album, Meadow Pea Lathyrus aphaca, Golden dock Rumex Sp., Sweet Clover Melilotus Sp weeds of wheat.
