  • HPM staff members celebrated Diwali on 25 October 2011 at its Corporate Office;

  • TUV India Ltd. the certification body will conduct the 1st Surveillance Audit on IMS (ISO9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007) from 20-31 January 2011. Business Excellence Department has requested all the staff members to be prepared for the same;

  • The group changed one of its company name from HIM Pulverising Mills Ltd. to HPM Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. with effect from 21 June 2011 with the approval of Government of India vide notification no . GSR 507(E) dated 24.6.1985 SRN B14484539 dated 21.6.2011;

  • Mr. Nikhil Aggarwal who was serving the company as the Director Marketing has been elevated to act as the Managing Director of the company with effect from 01 April 2011;


   

  • 1965 :The great visionary Shri Srikisan Dass Aggarwal started a partnership firm to sale N-P-K Fertilizer Mixture based out of Purani Dilli (Old Delhi)

  • 1976 :A pulverising mill unit was set up; that's how company's name was originated as Hindustan Pulverising Mills

  • 1990 :HPM expanded its business to 20 states across the country (India);

  • 2001 :Mr. Nikhil Aggarwal, who represents the 3rd generation of the family joined the group as Director Marketing;

  • 2003 :HPM Crop Science Ltd. was established under the leadership of Mr. Nikhil Aggarwal;

  • 2005 :HPM's 2nd Manufacturing unit was established at Samba, J & K, India ;

  • 2006 :SAP, world's no.1 ERP was implemented in all the branches and connected to HO;

  • 2009 :Technical plant set up at Khushkhera, Rajasthan, India, started export business;

  • 2011 :The company changed its name to HPM Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.; entry into Fertilizer business;
