Plantation Drive of plant one Lakh trees around River Basantar & Industries area (Sidco) by J&K Crop Protection Samba under Supervision of President Narinder Sharma ,of Insecticide India Ltd.,Vice President,Vikas Dhar of Hpm Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.,Rohit Saroha Treasurer ,of shivalik agro pvt.ltd. & other member of other pesticide unit like Krishi Rasayan exports Pvt.Ltd.,Gharda Chemicals Ltd.,Ravi Crop Science,UPL Ltd.,Crop Chemicals Industries ,Rajdhani petrochemicals ltd.,Sumil Chemicals etc.Under the guidance of worthy Chairman,Member Secretary, Regional Director & Local districtsof Fire,PCB & Forest Department of Samba.
We have planted 30000 plants of different varieties at both sides on the bank of Basanter River at Samba & at the forest land given by Forest department for plantation of Bamboo trees.At least 10000 trees of Bamboo are planted in forest Land,& around 3000 bamboo trees on bank of River. Other plants.like Mulberry trees=3000,Sukh chain,Chinar trees,Reetah trees.Fruits trees like Mango,Guava etc are planted in nos from 300 to 500 each.
Their maintenance is also the part of our drive till their Survival.J&K crop protection will bear all expenditure for survival of their One lakh plant which is approximately 30 to 35 Lakh.
Next part will start in rainy season by 15 th of July 2019.
